Is it really free? What’s the catch?
It’s free. It’s the best way for you to see how we work, with your own numbers in front of you. Some companies then want us to build it; for the rest, the report is still useful.
What data do you need?
Whatever you have at hand: a sales export or spreadsheet from the last 12 months, and a walkthrough of how orders, invoices and collections work. We don’t need access to your systems for the assessment.
Is my data safe?
We sign an NDA before seeing anything. Your data is used only for your report and deleted after delivery if you ask.
You’re based in Europe. How does that work?
Everything we build runs in the cloud and connects to your software remotely. Calls happen in English, on video, between 9 am and 1 pm Eastern Time.
Which software do you work with?
QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Google Sheets, Excel and most tools with an export or an API. You don’t have to switch anything.
What if I don’t want to move forward?
